Sam Ward joined Wagstaff LLP in 2024 after graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law. Mrs. Ward primarily focuses her practice on representing electric utility companies, assisting clients with negotiating easements and rights-of-way, acquiring fee interests, handling condemnation and eminent domain proceedings, drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, and conducting survey and title review. She also represents clients in various civil matters, including foreclosures, debt collections, and contract disputes.

Mrs. Ward grew up in Waco, Texas, and is a Marine Corps veteran. On her days off, Ms. Ward enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Dakota and Zoey.
