Rose VandenBrand joined Wagstaff LLP in 2022 after graduating from Baylor University School of Law. Mrs. VandenBrand’s primary areas of practice include: real property, drafting and negotiation of contracts, and easements, renewable energy projects, survey and title review, curing title issues, business entities, civil litigation, and the representation of electric utility companies, throughout the State of Texas.

Mrs. VandenBrand’s experience with a real estate team and a title company fueled her passion for real estate and provided her with a unique appreciation of real property law.

A native of Michigan, Mrs. VandenBrand and her husband moved to Texas in 2018. Mrs. VandenBrand enjoys outdoor activities with her two dogs, traveling, baking and spinning class.
