Josh Monhollon joined Wagstaff LLP in 2022 after graduating law school from George Mason University near Washington, D.C. Mr. Monhollon’s practice consists of assisting in the representation of electric utility companies and related renewable energy businesses. Mr. Monhollon has assisted with easement and right-of-way negotiations, document preparation, real property acquisition, and condemnation proceedings. Mr. Monhollon’s practice also consists of representing individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters, including criminal defense and contract disputes.

Mr. Monhollon grew up in Abilene and is excited to move back with his wife, Paige. They are involved in the Abilene community, including attending The Well, a church in downtown Abilene. Mr. Monhollon is also currently on the Board of Directors for The Day Nursery of Abilene, a nonprofit organization that provides affordable childcare to the children of Taylor County.
