
Grant R. Miller
Grant Miller joined Wagstaff LLP in 2012 after graduating with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law. Mr. Miller’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of electric utility companies and developers, lenders, equity participants, and landowners in renewable energy projects. Mr. Miller has devoted a significant portion of his practice to analyzing, drafting, revising, and reviewing renewable energy leases, right-of-way easements, and real property deeds, as well as assisting in eminent domain proceedings focused on the acquisition of real property rights needed for public works projects.
Mr. Miller also practices civil and commercial litigation. His experience as a former law clerk for the 72nd District Court, Lubbock County, Texas, provided him with unique insight into civil procedure and the mechanics of the court system. During his time as a law clerk, Mr. Miller worked on a variety of high value and complex legal matters including business litigation, real estate litigation, and various tort claim issues.
Mr. Miller is active in the Abilene community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Food Bank of West Central Texas and is a graduate of the Leadership Abilene Program. He and his wife Monica have two children, Reagan and Sam.
