Emily Roberts joined Wagstaff LLP in 2025 after graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law. Mrs. Roberts’ primary areas of practice include real property, drafting and reviewing of contracts, civil litigation, and assisting in the representation of electric utility companies.

Raised in Merkel, Texas, Mrs. Roberts is excited to be back in the Abilene area to practice law and establish a connection with the community.

Mrs. Roberts enjoys traveling, exploring Abilene, and spending time with her husband and son.
