Trent Dietz joined Wagstaff LLP in 2015 after graduating from Baylor University School of Law.  Mr. Dietz’s practice primarily consists of representing major electric utility companies across Texas.  Such representation regularly includes assisting with condemnation proceedings, regulatory compliance, property acquisition, and facilities sales.

The scope of Mr. Dietz’s work typically involves researching the information necessary to accomplish clients’ goals, analyzing such information, and incorporating it into easements, deeds, eminent domain petitions, and other pertinent legal documents.

In addition to his work assisting electric utility companies, Mr. Dietz also assists clients with estate planning, business formation, and property transactions.

A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Mr. Dietz interned in its general counsel office while attending Baylor University School of Law.  He has served as a Board Member on the Friends of Abilene Christian University Library Board and was in the 2018 graduating class of Leadership Abilene.
